Any visa but No QUALIFICATIONS: To excel in this role, you should have: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, MBA, or related fields. Experience: 7+ years of experience in SAP CPI, SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, and related technologies. SAP HCM experience is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors technical best practices Strong API development skills. Knowledge of BTP (Business Technology Platform) and Integration Center. Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules including EC, ECP, LMS, ONB, PMGM, RCM Agile methodology and problem-solving abilities. Description: BASIC PURPOSE Maintain and build integrations to and from SuccessFactors, using API, Integration Center, and BTP/CPI. Establish best practices and build and modify integration to follow mature design principles. RESPONSIBILITIES Design and Develop Integrations: Analyze, design, develop, and implement RESTful services and APIs. Create end-to-end integration solutions using SAP CPI and other relevant tools. Build complex integration processes, integrating cloud-based and on-premise enterprise applications. Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Suite with various systems. Technical Expertise: Proficiently work with Groovy, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and other API technologies. Configure sender and receiver adapters (IDoc, SAP SuccessFactors, FTP, SFTP, Mail, OData, REST, SOAP Web service, and HTTP). Implement prepackaged integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other applications. Disciplined approach to integration error handling. Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with technical teams, third-party system teams, and functional consultants. Perform end-to-end integration testing, unit testing, and integration testing. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production environments. Project Management: Manage project issues, risks, and change requests. Lead and motivate multiple project work streams.
