Supervise the requirements process in key projects, clarifying requirements as needed and ensuring understanding of business reasons among all teams. Manage design and implementation reviews throughout the project lifecycle for key business initiatives and core engineering projects. Actively participate in and lead design and implementation reviews as appropriate to ensure Operational Readiness before projects go into production. Provide expertise in data modeling, system integrations, best practices, and application testing. Collaborate with architecture and development teams during business planning sessions. Conduct evaluations of existing solutions, tracking and remediating issues and gaps for resiliency, risk, and performance. Offer technology guidance for inclusion in strategic plans and business strategies. Demonstrate proficiency in coding, peer review, and designing solutions within the Appian framework.
