Possible 2nd round depending on competition. Work week: Flexible within operating hours of 7 am - 6 pm CST. Remote: US or International Must have skill sets: Focus on expertise in Verint CM Pro product 5-7+ years in app dev support Ready to hit the ground running. Skill sets: 50% tech, 50% customer service ( leans toward customer service skills) Culture: ability to work well with team and individually, flexible with customers and with team Functions in this role: 1. Support work - day-to-day, break fixes, keeping the lights on. Someone with experience working with CM Pro, understand embedded applications within CM Pro, how it works with their middleware system GUMB 2. How process manager work within CM Pro, (can this person troubleshoot) 3. What they use to manage different cases for different applications - acs (chameleon sys) 4. Wants someone with a development background (OOP background) with mostly front-end CSS/HTML 5. Using remedy for the ticketing system - will go straight to Kenny's team - review and go from there. Uses Jira for work 6. CM Pro, developer or analyst. 7. Case Management Software Verint CM Pro 8. Requirement: CM Pro background. Backend Java experience is also needed, c#.net, Front End experience as well, CSS, HTML, Etc. 2. Enhancements - to make changes to existing functionality and improve ecosystem 3. Project-based work - support project which has to do with CM Pro - interface and integration for CM Pro as a CRM product 1. Don't have any projects on right but the expectation is to have someone who can move around in these 3 areas Short term - 50% support work, 30% enhancement, 20% project Will vary if there's more project-based work Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with the following skills: CM Pro ( Lagan CRM ) - Experience with VOF, with adapters, process managers .NET C# (Custom apps) Java ( API interaction) Javascript HTML, CSS Ability to adhere to strict delivery schedules and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Database Technology (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) and the ability to interpret schemas and/or author queries and stored procedures.
