We are planning to use an internal framework based on Angular. Hands on with REST API and SSO User Authentication implementation, based on AD Groups. Oracle DB Procedures/Functions knowledge, hands on. CI/CD Pipeline for Production releases, Nolio as an example. Project Build Maven and/or equivalent build based on GIT repositories. Knowledge about CHEF based deployments. Any scripting language helps. Also require at least 1 full stack developer with GUI build experience. Nice Actimize Knowledge.
