Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Responsible for developing new programs and proofing the program to develop needed changes to assure production of a quality product. Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to resolve system issues. Creates and executes unit tests and addresses defects. Provide rough estimates of work-effort needed to stakeholders and planning teams. Responsible for providing engineering support to our configuration team when they are building, deploying, configuring and supporting the system. Works closely with the client, QE, UX and other related support personnel to ensure consistent understanding of requirements and approach. Requirements / Skills: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field. 4-6 years experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Preferred 5+ years of relevant experience Solid understanding of a major technology employed in IT development: Java, Front-End technologies/CMS (Object Oriented Javascript, CSS), PL/SQL, SOA, Node.js Prior experience with developing of MS 365 AddIn Experience with authentication mechanism via the AddIn - AuthN,AuthZ etc. Caching in Onedrive Experience with Office.js & graphAPI Demonstrated ability to execute features of medium to high complexity within his/her functional area. Written code that others can understand, support, maintain and expand. Considered a good problem solver who can identify root causes within a functional domain and collaborate to identify root causes across system boundaries quickly. Demonstrated consistent, successful delivery over time. Prior experience working with Salesforce applications is a plus A good understanding of the Salesforce platform is a plus CRM knowledge is a plus Partner with the team to deliver complex features.
