Responsible for the overall delivery of the projects using SDLC processes/framework from inception to production deployment Should have created and maintained a master schedule (using MS Project) and project management plan. Created various metrics and reports for the team, management and executive management. Proficient in creating decks and data reporting/charts in excel. Reviewed the critical path tasks/activities from the master schedule with other PMs and key stakeholders Created and reviewed SOW/Contracts, budget, maintained recurring operational expenses and assisted in financial forecasting. Used ERP system for manage resources. Built and maintained RAID along with key stakeholders. Served as a primary point of contact for communication related to my program with IT, business teams and externally stakeholders. Guided the team in identifying problem areas, finding root causes and come up with preventive solutions using management techniques Working knowledge and understanding of core principles and best practices in applicable area of technical specialization Experienced in Agile project methodology in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
