Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday Preferred: Workday Functional Certifications; Workday Pro certification in one or multiple HCM modules In Depth understanding of the Workday product line, including all of its main components and features. Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day troubleshooting support specifically in Core HCM, Compensation (Advance and Basic),Absence and Time tracking, US Labor Laws, US Payroll Process and US Payroll Taxes Experience in Workday security, including user roles and permissions, creating security group , adding removing user from security group etc. Understand and analyze mapping of business processes with standard functionality Develops and drives innovative and proactive change efforts for HR process improvements, including enhancements to end user experience Participates in deployment of new businesses: map current processes and data, identify gaps with Workday processes, recommend changes, define requirements, configure, test and validate changes Assists with bi-annual releases, including analysis of impacts of new functionality, testing of integrations and cross functional up and downstream analysis Collaborate with IT and HR teams to resolve cross-functional issues related to Workday Held UAT sessions on the configuration of the solution design and also participated in Data Migration of payroll Keywords: business intelligence information technology |
