D365 Support Lead
Location- Hybrid (Portland, Oregon) *should be flexible to work with the Offshore and Europe teams*

Client : CTS/CSC

Support Lead of an ERP/Retail engagement with primary technology stack as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Having clear understanding of D365 F&O as a product, and CPOS/MPOS functionalities. Proficient on ERP & retail business knowledge. Strong customer handling skills. Knowledge on operational activities and support framework.
1. D365 F&O Implementation knowledge
2. Should be able to Manage the Incident, Service requests.
3. Flexible to work with Offshore ( India) and Europe Team.
4. Hands on Knowledge on MS D365-Ecommerce(Retails) and Retails Store Operations
5. Knowledge on CPOS/MPOS of D365.
6. Experienced in Handling P1 / P2 Incidents and should be able to work independently with Vendors.
