Manual testing, for which specific type of experience and skills related to testing are not required, mainly includes the testing of Salesforce.com App using a human with a methodical approach Testers having experience with Assure Click, Selenium, QTP etc. play a vital role in Salesforce Automated Testing Using Selenium and java Salesforce testers are required to test Salesforce.com Sometimes the testers are required to work on the application and gain an understanding of its functionality to create a functions map. They then use the functions map to create and execute the test cases. Salesforce Test Automation is the process of automating testing of your Salesforce CRM to eliminate repetitive, error-prone manual testing activities. It involves writing and maintaining test scripts with the help of software Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce applications, including functionality, integration, and regression testing. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of Salesforce processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to understand system requirements and design effective testing strategies. Utilize SOQL to query and manipulate Salesforce data for testing purposes. - Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, and work closely with the development team to resolve them. Perform system and user acceptance testing to validate the Salesforce platform's performance and functionality. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to continuously improve the testing process. Provide guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders regarding Salesforce testing procedures and best practices. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Salesforce Testing Specialist or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and administration. Proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) for data manipulation and validation. Experience with test management tools and software testing methodologies. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, are a plus.
