In this role, you will lead the functional aspects of a greenfield, enterprise-wide Oracle TMS/WMS implementation, with a strong emphasis on requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering greenfield Oracle implementations, with specific experience in TMS and WMS, including at least one implementation in the Cloud version. Key Responsibilities: Lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle TMS and WMS solutions to meet the specific business requirements of our organization. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their transportation and order management needs, translating requirements into Oracle TMS/WMS solution designs. Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements, process flows, and use cases for TMS and WMS functionalities. Develop comprehensive functional design documents (FDDs) and solution blueprints, outlining the proposed Oracle TMS/WMS configurations, integrations, and customizations. Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation, providing guidance and clarification as needed. Configure Oracle TMS/WMS modules according to the approved solution design, including setup of transportation planning, rate management, order promising, and shipment execution functionalities. Lead testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing, ensuring that Oracle TMS/WMS solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase, ensuring that stakeholders are proficient in utilizing Oracle TMS/WMS functionalities effectively. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the usability, scalability, and performance of Oracle TMS/WMS solutions, leveraging best practices and industry standards. Stay updated on Oracle TMS/WMS product releases, features, and enhancements, incorporating new functionalities into solution designs and implementations as appropriate. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle TMS/WMS implementations, with a focus on functional design, requirements gathering, and solution architecture. Proven experience leading 3 or more greenfield Oracle implementations, with at least one implementation in the Cloud version (Oracle Transportation Management Cloud or Oracle Logistics Cloud). Strong expertise in Oracle TMS/WMS functional modules, particularly in transportation planning, order management, order promising, and integration with other supply chain systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable Oracle TMS/WMS solutions. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies for software development and implementation projects is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
