Experienced in leading solution designs & implementation of complex ServiceNow projects. Minimum 5-8 years working experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment. At least 8-12 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience. Experience in Live Agent Chat Implementation Understanding of Angular based Client side & Server side scripts Client Side and Server-Side Scripting i.e. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, etc. Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc. Hands-on experience in ITSM modules e.g. Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, Virtual Agent. Good knowledge about ITSM Pro - Vendor Manager, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes. Agile Scrum methodology Experience Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentials Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills Ensures information is accurate and complete Self-motivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administration Must be willing to teach and share all knowledge with team members and other operational teams Extensive implementation in custom applications Certification a plus ServiceNow Administration certification (must have) ServiceNow Suite Certification ITSM(+various tracks) ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist (Various Tracks) ServiceNow Master Architect Certification(optional) Required Skills Good ITSM Process knowledge Reporting & Dashboards Excellent understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs & Best Practices Notifications & Workflows Import Sets, Tranform Maps REST, SOAP Integrations Service Portal Pages, Widgets, UI Macros Virtual Agent Client & Server APIs, Script Includes Javascript, AJAX, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JSON, Agile Scrum Knowledge Agile Delivery, Scrum methodology Soft Skills Strong communication Team managing skills Keywords: user interface information technology Washington |
