Experience in supporting Windows based workstations in a lab IT environment with analytical instrumentation. Experience working in large, multiyear projects in complex operating environments where consistent attention to details is critical. Good communication skills including interviewing end-users and the use of collaboration tools such as Jira / Confluence. Must be available to be on-site in Rahway and Kenilworth (US EST). To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
