Duration: 3 Month Contract to Hire Important Skills Technical A application support, windows environment, Microsoft suite, high level knowledge of each independent application within office suite Soft white glove service within professional services, cross-functional translation of technical knowledge Interview Process: 3 Video Rounds/Offer. Job Description: Must Haves: 3-5 year of experience in application analysis, integration, and support/troubleshooting in an enterprise environment. Excellent within Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft OS-based desktop, server, and database systems. Good knowledge of client/server applications, and server utilities. Minimum of 4 years experience working in a Windows environment including some exposure to Windows programming languages and relational databases Logical troubleshooting skills and white glove customer service Strong written and verbal communication ability to communicate effectively with lawyers or others within professional services.
