Demonstrated ability to communicate future direction with leadership. Strong knowledge of relevant business processes and their relationship to systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Working ability to independently manage multiple complex tasks and participate on multiple projects. Strong ability and willingness to learn new technologies. Demonstrated ability to design and develop technical systems strategy for core business procedures and operations. Strong demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and recommend process changes that improve the overall implementation, maintenance and support of applications and/or technical infrastructure. Fully knowledgeable of the relevant programming languages, program design and specification development, programming logic, logic diagrams, system analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, file design, storage and internal systems and cross platform infrastructure components. Ability to provide training on these topics for others. Demonstrated ability to do performance tuning of complex application architecture. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A 4-year college or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 5 to 7 years of enterprise technology experience is recommended. Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud development experience Equivalent experience may be substituted for education. DESIRED QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE: JavaScript and SSJS experience as related to Cloud Page development. Eager to learn new applications and technologies.
