Responsibilities Identify, investigate, and resolve production problems and participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and system/business requirements. Works with business and development team in software development tasks including features, new functionality, and upgrades. Works with QA team in performing quality analysis of modified code/fix by generating test data, writing test scripts/execution sequences, examining test results, debugging detected errors, etc. Performs customer service, coordination, and communications in the complex HHSC organization. Follows current software development methods/techniques and establishes development standards (which include programming standards, documentation standards, and testing standards) to ensure the quality and maintainability of applications, Oversees code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and system/business requirements. Develops and maintains documentation for CAPPS Financials Security roles and tasks for internal IT staff and stakeholders. Performs other related tasks and responsibilities as required or assigned in response to a business need.
