We have an urgent Requirement for , Job Title: SailPoint IAM Developer Location: Iselin, NJ (Onsite) Type: C2C Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled SailPoint IAM Developer to join our team in Iselin, NJ. The successful candidate will have strong experience in SailPoint, a deep understanding of Joiner and Leaver flows, and excellent communication skills. This is an onsite position, and candidates must be proficient in working within a team, have strong analytical skills for requirements gathering, and possess a solid foundation in Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts. Responsibilities: Develop and implement SailPoint Identity and Access Management solutions. Understand and implement Joiner and Leaver flows within the SailPoint framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a distributed environment. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide hands-on resolution for critical production issues. Implement IAM solutions for multi-territory and large-scale environments. Perform operations in Identity and Access Management, including OS and Application Patching. Work with Active Directory, OpenDJ, SunOne Directory, and other directory servers. Possess a good understanding of Java and the ability to code as needed. Requirements: Strong experience in SailPoint Identity and Access Management. In-depth understanding of Joiner and Leaver flows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analyst skills, including gathering and documenting requirements and workflows. Solid understanding of Identity Management concepts, including provisioning and user flows. Proficient in LDAP concepts and hands-on experience with at least one Directory Server. Capability to act as an SME and provide hands-on resolution for critical production issues. Experience in implementing IAM solutions for multi-territory and large-scale environments. Operations experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Familiarity with OS and Application Patching. Experience with Active Directory, OpenDJ, SunOne Directory.
