Proficiency in deploying and configuring Dynatrace monitoring solutions, including agents, sensors, and custom plugins. Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud platforms. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and customization tasks. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications (e.g., Dynatrace Certified Administrator) are a plus. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable. Dynatrace Setup and Configuration: Deploy and configure Dynatrace monitoring solutions to effectively monitor the performance and health of applications, servers, and infrastructure components. Infrastructure Monitoring: Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide real-time visibility into system performance and availability. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve performance issues, bottlenecks, and system errors by analyzing Dynatrace monitoring data and collaborating with relevant teams. Integration and Customization: Integrate Dynatrace with existing systems and tools to streamline monitoring workflows and enhance data correlation capabilities. Customize monitoring solutions to meet specific business requirements. Capacity Planning and Optimization: Analyze monitoring data to forecast capacity requirements and optimize resource utilization. Make recommendations for infrastructure upgrades and enhancements based on performance trends and patterns. Security and Compliance: Ensure that Dynatrace monitoring solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance standards. Implement appropriate access controls and encryption mechanisms to safeguard sensitive data. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including installation guides, configuration procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
