Your expertise in M365, MS Teams, Teams VIVA, and Active Directory will be essential RESPONSIBILITIES Implement and document system administration procedures for MS Teams, and MS VIVA Manage and maintain system configurations for Windows Servers using SCCM and Active Directory. Utilize SolarWinds to actively monitor server hardware and applications. Manage and maintain computer systems and networks Install and configure software and hardware Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure Collaborate with IT team to implement new technologies and upgrades Provide technical support to users Create and maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of related experience with System Administration Required: MS VIVA and MS Teams --- system administrator Preferred: MS VIVA and MS Teams implementation experience SolarWinds, Operations, Active Directory, MCSA or MCSE, preferred Administrative or engineer experience with Microsoft Viva and Teams.
