Job Title : Oracle RPAS Technical Consultant Location : Framingham, MA(Remote) Duration : 6-12+ months Detailed Job Description: Seeking an Oracle Retail Planning Technical Developer with experience in Oracle RPAS (Retail Predictive Application Server), RDF (Retail Demand Forecasting), MFP (Merchandise Financial Planning) and AP (Assortment Planning) solutions. The position will primarily be responsible for providing technical design and development on the Oracle Retail Planning products. The selected candidate be able to Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes and can convert business requirements to RPAS configurations. Experience in Oracle Retail Planning cloud platform Having domain knowledge of Fashion, Apparel business Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. Excellent grasp of system and able to comprehend and convert into design. Guide the teams on design and build. Detail and Process Oriented Performer and Go-getter Effectively identifies the potential risks and issues even before they could occur, and communicates the same, follows them up with various stake holders to get the closure on them. Exhibits excellent Leadership traits to set the standards of Lead by Example Mentors, inspires, and nurtures the teams (offshore, and onsite) to effectively build great teams, and knows when to delegate. Must have an eye for detail to do the technical reviews of various deliverables. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Key Notes: Looking for Oracle RPAS Configuration Candidates should be technically sound with hands-on experience of RPAS Configuration. Experience with the tool should be recent Suppliers should ask when the candidates have work on RPAS and if they have done implementation and configuration when sourcing profiles.
