Job Title : Genesys Voice Solution Engineer Employment Type : Contract Location : Austin, TX, US Job Description Genesys Voice Solution Engineer Austin, TX ( on site 3 days Tue-Thur) Technical Stack - 5 or more years supporting enterprise contact center technologies. - 1 or more years implementing and supporting Genesys Cloud - Genesys 8.x - Genesys - Python - RabbitMQ - Apache Kafka - Genesys Voice Process (GVP). - Preferred Kubernetes Certified - (AWS) Connect platform - At least one Hands-on cloud migration project experience in the AWS environment - Contact center products knowledge and whole contact center domain knowledge - Excellent analytical and communication (oral & written) skills - Highly self-motivated, quick learner, great teammate, challenge seeker - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent experience instead of degree Responsibilities - Experience with Call Routing - Genesys Architect Flows and Cloud Platform Experience - As a Cloud Voice Engineer, use the latest technologies to create amazing, customer-focused experiences. - Hands-on deployment experience with Cloud. - Resolve complex voice quality and call routing issues in an enterprise SIP environment. - Experience with Coordinated voice and data transfer - Implements the organization's cloud strategy from a technical perspective, including design, planning, integration, maintenance, and support of cloud architecture. - Expertise in Genesys Voice (SIP) routing and troubleshooting. - Proficient in Event-driven architecture and messaging frameworks (RabbitMQ) - Drive and align on messaging and value propositions of orchestration solutions. - Experience with digital engineering or data engineering (AWS, Kafka) - Genesys Messaging Solution - Focus on the high-growth Amazon (AWS) Connect platform! - Design and implement data-driven, highly maintainable automated tests for our web applications and API services - Provide technology architecture for migration from on-premise to cloud - Build both learning documents and standard methodologies on AWS cloud solutions - Experience implementing and supporting complex telephony solutions.
