Title: Sr. Techno-Functional ServiceNow LEAD

Location : Hybrid (Harrisburg, PA) Mostly Remote with rare On-site (1 Day / Month)

Duration: 6+ MONTHS

We are seeking a Sr. Techno-Functional ServiceNow LEAD (delivering ServiceNow Services, ServiceNow implementations / support / enhancements, designing business process, coding / configuration ServiceNow, MS Azure DevOps, SAP projects, ITIL / ITSM) with a solid mixture of technical and functional skills to accomplish the goals and requirements.  
Experience in taking an ServiceNow assigned request or project, and take charge of that request or project, performing all duties and responsibilities to fully implement the changes needed.  This individual is to be well-rounded and knowledgeable in all aspects of delivering a service within ServiceNow.
Experience in meeting with the business to understand and document the functional and business needs, plus understand the underlying technology for each assigned request and project and be able to work on delivering the solution with minimal supervision in an Agile environment.  
Experience in understanding the direction and roadmap that ServiceNowhas for its platform and will assist in aligning the ServiceNow instance to follow that roadmap.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
5+ years experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst for supporting ServiceNow business processes.
5 years experience with designing business processes for ServiceNow implementation.
At least TWO hands-on ServiceNow implementation projectas a ServiceNow functional and technical lead.
At least TWO prior ServiceNow support and enhancements project as a ServiceNow functional and technical lead.
2 years experience coding and configuration ServiceNow.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
Proficient in ITIL practices and methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of expertise in delivering services via ServiceNowfor projects of various sizes and subject matters.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in delivering ServiceNow servicesas described within this request.
Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects.
ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
Certifications: - CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist) OR CSA (Certified System administrator) OR ServiceNow Certified Developer.
Bachelors degreein business management or information systems. 
Document requirements, or user stories in detail, as determined by the org (within Azure Dev Ops (ADO)).
Perform technical functions that are within the scope of this position.  These include, but are not limited to configuring, coding, testing, writing automated test scripts using ATF, data loads, and scripting.
Document the progress and other details relating to the work being performed within the appropriate Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) record.
Record requirements or user stories within the org Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) systemas directed by the org for testing and requirement traceability purposes.
Create testing plans and test scriptsas needed to ensure proper operation of the requested change, enhancement, or program as directed by the org.
Perform and/or coordinate the Unit, System Integration, User Acceptance, and other testingas specified by the org following the org IT Quality Management Playbook (playbook to be provided upon start of work).
Experience in functioning in a very independent manner, therefore, the duties are described in greater detail than other requests.  This document can be used to make sure expectations are communicated and met when the resource starts.
Be assigned Request Items, Tasks, and/or Projects to complete in a self-directed and semi-independent manner.  All work must be completed with quality and in a timely manner.
Coordinate and take the lead role for the technical/functional development and support of the assigned ServiceNow requests, projects, and tasks.
Host sprint planning sessions and provide time and resource estimates to before work begins. 
Plan releases into PROD around the sprint delivery dates.
Ensure a mutual understanding of the request and the proposed approach/response between both the org and the Contractor before beginning work on a request.
Coordinate and execute all development aspects including reports, integrations, interfaces, conversion programs, database design and creation, and enhancements.
Document and demonstrate the changes (Showbacks) as directed, plus present the change at the orgs Change Review Board meetings.
Work with the org system administration team to have the changes code and peer reviewed then implemented into PROD.
Work at the direction of, and report to, the orgs CBS Varied Team Supervisor or designee.
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer on the changes, as requested by the org.  Plus provide guidance and support to the application support team, as needed, for troubleshooting issues or answering questions as directed by the org.
All deployments must follow the ServiceNow Low Code capabilities or use standard configuration changes that follow ServiceNows Best Practices.  Where the Low Code and/or Best Practice configuration changes will not satisfy the request, an escalation to the orgs IT leadership is required before proceeding with any custom coding/configuration.
Contractor resources are expected to have cameras on for virtual meetings and need to be available to come to PTCs offices for emergency and during critical phases for the project. No travel expense will be provided for this.
