Qualifications Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional Lead with an experience of 15+ years. Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Should have at least 3 Implementation experience in HCM Payroll for US, Canada and Puerto Rico Must have worked on at least 4-5 Oracle Cloud HCM projects Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing Payroll and Parallel testing. Should have very good knowledge of Legal and Business needs of US, Canada and Puerto Rico Payroll. Should understand the interactions with dependent modules like Absence, OTL, Benefits and Compensation in Implementing Payroll. Experience in Implementing Absence and Compensation will be desired. Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills. Required Skills Prepare the functional design.
