Job location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite, NO REMOTE) Duration: 6 Months JD: Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse solutions. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and related technologies. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling concepts. Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications or other Oracle Cloud offerings is highly desirable. Job Summary: As a Senior Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation, customization, and optimization o f Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse solutions for our clients. Leveraging your deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM and analytics technologies, you will collaborate closely with clients to translate their HR data into actionable insights, drive strategic decision-making, and enhance workforce performance. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse will be critical in providing strategic guidance, designing solutions, and delivering high-quality services to meet our clients business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse solutions according to client requirements. Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with HR data sources. Provide technical expertise and guidance on Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse architecture, data modeling, and best practices.
