Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Stay updated with the latest iOS trends, technologies, and best practices. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in mobile development. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards. Implement and advocate for best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation. Perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure smooth functionality. Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with server-side systems. Coordinate with product managers to understand and implement project requirements. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, bugs, and performance issues. Propose and implement solutions to enhance the overall user experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience of 8+ years in iOS application development. Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C. Expertise in iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team is a plus.
