Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external software providers to facilitate seamless integration. Employ a hybrid Agile methodology, leveraging tools such as JIRA for project management and tracking. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Adapt to the evolving needs of the program, wearing multiple hats to address challenges and drive success. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in the apparel retail industry. Demonstrated success in implementing PLM tools (e.g., Centric, Flex PLM) is essential. Strong understanding of hybrid Agile implementation methodologies. Proficient in using JIRA and similar project management tools.
