Expert in BOTH systems and help move through the validations in each cycle with more comfort. Validate what we are sending (converting) is what we are being told to send (convert); accounts for everything in PeopleSoft not proficient in validating the data once it goes to SAP. Help extract and map backward to make sure we are not missing things before we get too far into a testing cycle. Help during the prep/validation.
