We have an Urgent Requirement For Job Title: Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst ( C2C ) Location : Chicago, IL ,(Hybrid) Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA/Admin) with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a BSA, including 10 years of extensive experience in Salesforce administration. The ideal candidate will hold certifications in Advanced Administration, Marketing Cloud Administration, and Business Analysis. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL. Key Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst. 10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Certified Advanced Administrator. Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator. Certified Business Analyst. Proven experience translating business requirements into configurations on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. 5+ years of experience working in the Financial Services industry. Proficient in working in an Agile/Scrum environment, decomposing work products, and writing user stories. Familiarity with software development processes such as data recovery, version control, code branching, and code reviews. Preferred Requirements: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps for Application Life Cycle Management, including CI/CD. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements. Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations on various clouds. Work with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Apply expertise in Salesforce administration to optimize platform performance. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, decomposing work products, and writing user stories. Ensure adherence to software development processes, including data recovery, version control, code branching, and code reviews. Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps for Application Life Cycle Management, including CI/CD (preferred). Qualities and Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
