Experience delivering medium to large Duck Creek implementation programs 2. P&C domain knowledge 3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Job Responsibilities Program Manager with 14-16 years of experience in overseeing Duck Creek Policy and Billing implementations. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a must. Experience in Agile delivery with teams spread in multiple locations Ability to create and maintain detailed RAID log for medium to large programs with multiple workstreams Collaborate with various cross functional teams to highlight dependencies and ensure that the dependencies are being met per the project plan Work closely with project sponsors, cross functional teams, key stake holders and ensure the program risks and issues are addressed in a timely manner Track program financials throughout implementation and ensure adherence to plan Strategize implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction quality and performance Oversee multiple project teams ensuring program goals Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders Regards: Ajay Reddy iTech US Inc.
