ABOUT THE ROLE Deploy functional wired/wireless campus networks (LAN,WLAN,WAN). Monitor network performance and integrity to determine if improvements need to be made. Resolve issues escalated from helpdesk by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure. Work with third party vendors to keep the network running efficiently. Communicate with network users to resolve network issues. Maintain complete technical documentation. Perform analysis and collect data to establish the potential for improvements within the NSU network.
