Kindly go through the below mentioned job description Role: Servicenow Developer lead/ ITSM Location: Dublin, OH (Remote) Duration: Long term contract JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: Must have 12+Years Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Configuration Management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical solutions that align with business objectives. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies. Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration methods. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team. Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our ServiceNow implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, infrastructure, and business units to drive successful ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. Document technical specifications, system configurations, and customizations as needed. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM implementations. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies. Experience with ServiceNow development tools such as ServiceNow Studio, ATF (Automated Test Framework), and Flow Designer. Solid understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes. Experience with ServiceNow integration techniques and technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
