Reach me at [email protected]) if you want to apply for the below role: Requirement -1 Title: Genesys Location: Austin, TX Onsite Type: Long Term Requirements 1 : Genesys 8.x, Genesys, Cloud (Iaas), Rabbit MQ Having a good experience on Genesys 8.x components (Framework, SIP, GVP) Troubshooting issues withing Genesys On Premises environment including SIP and Network SBC knowledge will be added advantage Design, Implementation and support of Genesys Cloud solutions, including the migration of Genesys On-Premises to cloud CICD knowledge Experience in building genesys cloud IVR flows Inbound, Email and chat Core java or JS development skill will be added advantage Experience in working with RabbitMQ or Kafka Requirement 2: Genesys pure cloud Requirements: Genesys Core and Voice, Composer Routing/Platform developer, Digital Having an extensive experience in composer routing development or understanding of the composer flows with block level features. Having worked in medium to complex routing environment on voice and digital Having experience on CloudCX (at least mid level) Good analytical skills, debug skills and developer mindset.
