Experience in developing RPA Unattended Bots using Desktop Flows on Web Application, Desktop Application etc Hands on experience in Cloud Flows Development using Power Automate and using Connectors: SharePoint, HTTP Connector, etc. Good To Have skill: Knowledge on Migration of RPA Bots from Ui Path product to Power Automate Desktop Flows. Experience in technical mentoring and hand holding for team consisting of Power Automate Desktop Flows Developers . Experience in working with Business Analyst, Business users on understanding of User Stories requirements and coming up with Technical Solution Design and Low-Level Design Document. Ability to work with cross functional, and distributed team (across multiple countries and time zones) Leading and Mentoring junior Developers in Desktop Flow Development and helping in technical clarifications etc. Assists in coaching junior staff, by helping them to make decisions, solve problems, manage meetings, and set goals, provides feedback on testing-related tasks, delegates and assigns testing responsibilities.
