This role is crucial for designing and implementing information systems solutions that align with company standards, with a specific focus on AI model expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the architectural review boards, and governance processes, and a solid background in AI/ML. Responsibilities: Participate in analyzing and enhancing technology selection process workflows to meet AI remediation requirements. Develop and maintain AI controls within our architecture profiles, ensuring compliance with P/EARB reviews for projects involving AI/ML models. Regularly update AI controls to align with evolving needs and ensure the design solutions comply with architectural standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and improve data synchronization across Approved Software List (ASL), Business Assets Registry (BAR), and Model Usage Inventory Management (MUSE) systems. Work closely with the architecture policies and standards team to incorporate AI-related requirements into technology selection and architecture review processes. Document and socialize revised workflows and provide training on utilizing models within the architectural framework. Engage with various stakeholders, including ADAG and ARB teams, to refine architecture profiles and templates based on feedback and emerging requirements. Define and implement data synchronization requirements to ensure seamless integration between ASL, BAR, and MUSE systems. Participate in the development and maintenance of workstream plans and ensure their execution aligns with enterprise architecture strategy. Must Have Skills: 8 to 10 years of experience in architecture governance, with at least 3 to 5 years dedicated to AI/ML. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Expertise in enterprise architecture, focusing on AI models and controls. Proficient in model-based development and review processes. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. AWS Architect certification is highly recommended. Nice to Have Skills: Experience in requirement gathering and documentation. Knowledge of data synchronization principles and techniques. Adaptability to evolving needs and requirements. Experience with ServiceNow and Business Process Management (BPM) is a plus. Additional Information: The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services, particularly in housing finance, to better understand the context of architectural designs. This role demands strong leadership qualities and the ability to facilitate workshops and follow-up effectively. Previous experience with cross-organizational collaboration and a proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships are essential. Interview Process: Up to two rounds of interviews, with the possibility of bypassing the second round for outstanding candidates. Each interview will last between 45 minutes to 1 hour..
