Create Excel clear to build sheets to monitor inventory, in transit inventory, and expected shipments from suppliers. Analyze future shipment coverage and escalate potential shortages. Lead escalations with Direct Procurement team to resolve potential shortages. Report inventory health metrics to senior leadership. Actively follow up with transport on load status and location for all expedited freight. Project Management- Engagement on vast array of supply chain projects to enhance and streamline operations and material planning processes.
