Taking care of folder creations and permissions on MFT servers. Provide 247 Production on Call Support for Engineering TIBCO (EMS) as it is a Gateway to client end-users and routes the messages to different downstream Engineering Applications. Setup and Manage Monitoring systems for Production/Non-Production and other Critical Environments. Support during Production Code Releases. Minor/Major Release and Version Upgrades to TIBCO EMS and MFT Technologies. Provide Patch Management support for TIBCO EMS and MFT Technologies.
