Technical Expertise: Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable .NET applications. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and apply them to enhance the development process. Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Plan and coordinate development activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure it aligns with established standards. Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices. Collaboration: Collaborate with other leads and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and architecture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience (X+ years) as a .NET Developer. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies. Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.). Familiarity with database design and SQL Server. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
