Design and implement data modeling architectures that support the organization's strategic objectives and business processes. Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Provide guidance and support to development teams on data modeling best practices and standards. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing. Define and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance data management practices within the organization. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced certifications in data management or related disciplines are a plus. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in data management, with a focus on data modeling and architecture. Proven experience in implementing data management solutions in complex business environments. Experience with EDM tools and technologies is preferred.
