The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with our client's business objectives. As a Salesforce Senior Solution Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and translate them into effective and efficient Salesforce solutions. -Leads requirements gathering sessions, proactively drawing out requirements from stakeholders. -Define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a Salesforce solution. -Creates requirements definition documentation, including use cases, and functional specifications to capture business needs and for validation with the customer and shared with project stakeholders. -Creates workflow diagrams to document current and future business environments. -Develops wireframes, to ensure visualization of the UI is crisply understood by the client. -Responds and communicates efficiently between the business, technology, and QA team on projects and to facilitate resolution of user issues as and when necessary. -Lead functional team to determine best solution to implement (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc.) -Lead and hands-on solution deployments across sandboxes and production orgs. -Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud. Working knowledge of other Salesforce products. -Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps and applications available from 3rd parties on the Salesforce AppExchange. Required Skills -8+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect with experience in end-to-end implementations including from scratch. -Salesforce integration experience, including between different business systems and working with integration tools. -Exceeds at advanced Salesforce configuration, process automation and implementation activities following Salesforce best practices. -Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls. -Exceptional client handling skills - able to work with all levels within the client portfolio. -Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. -Project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures. -Thorough understanding of the various SDLC including AGILE. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent understanding of Apex and Visualforce. -Salesforce Certifications required and should be open to getting certified. -Eligible to work in the United States.
