This role demands proactive support for the quality team, with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives, change control, and comprehensive reviews. This person will be a blend of QA Operations with IT. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the quality team to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Lead the implementation and management of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), driving continuous improvement across operational processes. Oversee change control processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions to operations. Conduct thorough reviews and assessments, leveraging data integrity principles to enhance quality outcomes. Provide strategic guidance and insights into quality operations, focusing on long-term objectives and value creation. Demonstrate a proactive and self-starting approach, taking ownership of initiatives and driving them to successful completion. Utilize technical acumen to streamline processes, leverage automation tools, and enhance overall efficiency. Foster a culture of quality excellence, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Job Requirements: Extensive experience in Quality Assurance with a strong emphasis on IT systems and operations. Proven track record of success in supporting operational and maintenance functions within a regulated environment. Solid understanding of periodic review processes and their significance in maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement. Proficiency in change control processes, with a focus on minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency. Demonstrated expertise in data integrity principles and their application in quality assurance activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges from a strategic perspective. Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently. Education/Skills: A background in pharmaceuticals is preferred, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles.
