In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Power Platform solutions for our client, IBM, with a specific focus on projects related to the healthcare domain. You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers at both IBM and our company to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Responsibilities: Design and develop complex Power Platform applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Configure and manage data connections using various sources, including on-premises and cloud-based systems, with a focus on healthcare data security and compliance. Implement robust security best practices to ensure data integrity, user access control, and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Create user-friendly interfaces and workflows for efficient data capture, manipulation, and visualization, catering to the specific needs of the healthcare domain. Perform comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure application functionality, quality, and user satisfaction. Document solutions thoroughly for future reference, maintenance, and knowledge transfer. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, business analysts, and subject matter experts at both IBM and our company to understand complex requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and identify potential challenges. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to other developers, and mentor junior team members. Stay current with the latest advancements in Power Platform technologies, best practices, and healthcare industry trends. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience developing and deploying complex Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Demonstrated experience working with healthcare data and a thorough understanding of relevant regulations (HIPAA, etc.) is mandatory. Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and data security principles. Experience with cloud-based technologies (Azure) is highly preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
