They must be 100& on-site-- no exceptions. They are currently in the middle of an upgrade and need this person to come on ASAP to help with production support. Ideally, they would like to interview next week. The absolute must haves are: Knowledge of ITSM products Experience with Business Workflows (This is new to them so would really like this person to be the expert) Helix/ Remedy Development OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION SKILLS 80% if what this person will be doing is production support.
