Experience in analyzing source/legacy data models, target data models, come up with a migration approach/framework, migration strategy, plan, mapping documents. Data migration expertise in end-to-end process including consolidation, cleansing and validation process. Review, analyze, and develop data migration solutions to support To Be business models.
