[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Peoplesoft Technology Functional Resource Rockville MD - ALL WORK MUST BE PERFORMED ON SITE Description/Role: Under the guidance / direction / supervision of the manager, the Contractor will: Knowledge of defined benefit and retiree payment principles Experience as functional lead working with PeopleSoft HCM, Base Benefits, and Pension Administration Implementing and supporting post implementation of Oracle PeopleSoft Pension administration to serve and lead as Senior ERP functional Business Analyst in Pension Administration. This includes knowledge of and skills in using pension administration tables using PeopleSoft HR application tables and configuration and workflow as well as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). Oracle EBS Advanced Benefits and Payroll modules and other human capital management modules as they interface with PeopleSoft (Pension). Knowledge of defined benefit and retiree payment principles Experience as functional lead working with PeopleSoft HCM, Base Benefits, and Pension Administration Core pension administration principles, processes and practices to assist users, identify and specify business process improvements and enterprise solutions and to perform related functions. Expert-level configuration skills with o PeopleSoft HCM o PeopleSoft Base Benefits o PeopleSoft Pension Administration with a focus on configuring benefit calculations. Development Skills o SQL o PeopleSoft Query o BI Publisher o SQR o People Tools o People Code o Application Engine o COBOL Specific Technology Skills: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated hands-on experience with the following technologies: PeopleSoft HCM PeopleSoft Base Benefits PeopleSoft Pension Administration with a focus on configuring benefit calculations.
