We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Analysts with expertise in data analysis, SQL, and a strong background in Accounting Platforms to support Client s Revenue & Lease Platforms. The ideal candidate will be a proficient communicator, responsible for bridging the gap between technology and business, ensuring seamless collaboration with business partners, and translating complex business requirements into functional solutions. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of data structures, SQL databases, and accounting processes to enhance the efficiency and functionality of our accounting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Management:

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial data.

Develop and implement strategies for effective data cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Work closely with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

SQL Expertise:

Proficient in writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data.

Optimize database performance and design by creating efficient data models and structures.

Troubleshoot and resolve SQL-related issues in collaboration with the technical team.

Accounting Platform Enhancement:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.

Implement and enhance features within the accounting platform to align with evolving business needs.

Strong experience with ASC606 / IFRS 15  & ASC842 / IFRS 16

Business Requirements Gathering:

Conduct comprehensive business requirement sessions with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.

Document and communicate business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes through technological solutions.

Collaboration with Business Partners:

Foster strong relationships with business partners to understand their goals and challenges.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.

Technological Proficiency:

Experience in utilizing PowerBI for creating insightful and visually appealing reports and dashboards.

Familiarity with revenue management products such as Aptitude, Oracle Revenue Management, or Zuora.

Ability to integrate and leverage these technologies to enhance financial reporting and revenue management processes.
