Work closely with the executive leadership team to develop and execute the strategy for integrations within the HCM module. Lead the design, configuration, and testing of the Workday HRIS system. Collaborate with HR personnel to ensure that the Workday HRIS system meets their needs. Develop and maintain project documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Workday HRIS certification is required. At least 5 years of experience in HRIS implementation. Experience managing a project team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and processes.
