Role: Salesforce Technical Architect Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite) Duration: Long term Experience: 10-18 Years Technical Skills: (Primary) Provide subject matter expertise on the Salesforce platform (including but not limited to Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) to ensure that the solution adheres to the leading practices of usability, performance, maintenance, scalability, and reusability; educate business and technical team members on Salesforce best practices and challenge the team on when and why to configure vs. customize. Establish and advise on the Salesforce best practices for agile delivery, governance, and DevOps for the business unit roles & responsibilities, feature & story refinement, development, test process, environment management, code review, etc.Monitor team operations and recommend changes to the methods and tools. Establish process/s to support the work with the DE team to enable feature development across the platform and enterprise. Work with stakeholders on the value-driven business vision and help create an implementation roadmap based on realistic expectations. Advise on prioritization, platform enablement, and capacity management. Work with the team on risks and mitigation plans. Insurance domain knowledge Soft skills: Provides thought leadership for matching technology with business concepts. Strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to tailor message to different audiences and influence in a matrixed environment. Ability to direct team in achievement of team objectives.
