Independently design and develop Business Intelligence content (reports, dashboards, scorecards, analytic solutions) by identifying reporting/analytic requirements and determining business rules through a structured elicitation process. Ensure that information and BI content satisfies enterprise business needs and the needs of the Federal Employee Program (FEP) segment. Job Description Is an expert at translating data into actionable insights. Highly proficient in querying databases directly Ideal candidate has knowledge of HEDIS, Utilization Management, Medical Episode Groupers, Diagnostic Cost Groupers (DCG), Care Management, Condition Care Management, etc. as related to Healthcare Quality reporting. Independently consults with business partners to understand their data and insight problems and design solutions to solve them. Performance oriented: Coordinates and independently designs, tests and executes reports, dashboards, and analytic solutions to provide data necessary to effectively make business decisions. Develops comprehensive knowledge of business area processes and information needs and applies that knowledge to develop analytics that translate data into action. Share expertise with business areas to assist in understanding enterprise data content, definitions and usage and the available analytic tools. Ideal candidate actively contributions to the team's implementation of Agile/Kanban methodologies. Team Player: Mentor and assist team members; willingness to support team in order to achieve goals. Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends in Analytics and Healthcare Quality. Desire to learn from others. Ideal candidate has exposure to the following tool sets: Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, Teradata, Snowflake, Power BI Hiring Requirements Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) 5+ years of experience in related field.
