Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, applications, and infrastructure. Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT assets, including data, networks, and systems. Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness, such as: Programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, Ruby on Rails) DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) Lead the adoption and integration of cloud technologies and services to optimize performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, including: Public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) Serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) Containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. Manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating agreements and resolving issues as needed. Develop and manage the IT budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
