Title: Sr. AWS Engineer Location: Remote- Baltimore MD zone 3, Denison TX zone 5, Harrisburg PA zone 5, Hingham MA zone 3, Indianapolis IN zone 4, Portland ME zone 5, Shelbyville zone 5 or Syracuse NY zone 4(bill rate is based on the candidates Zone location ) MOI : Skype highlight 3-5 Must Have Skill Set Configuration Engineer Sr: 8+ years Industry Experience 3-4+ years - Must have EDI 270 & 271 experience 3-4 + years Must have AWS Cloud experience 3+ Years Must have Postgres Database experience Must have Mentoring/ Coaching experience Jr staff will need it Must have Agile or SAFe experience will be conducting Sprints Must have Medicare (preferred) or Medicaid experience AWS Certifications are highly preferred BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent 8 years to be designated as senior, and solid experience with AWS. 4+ years of agile cloud development and/or operational engineering experience 4+ years serving as an IT systems expert using automation tools to monitor and observe software reliability in the production environment. Expertise in configuration management and tools for automating software workflows Hands-on experience with applications supported by Postgres databases. Experience with application monitoring tools including Splunk and New Relic. Experience with development and maintenance using GitHub and Jenkins. Experience working in agile environments using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack. Experience working with AWS ecosystem and related tools and technologies. Serve as an IT systems/application expert using automation tools to monitor and observe software reliability in the production environment. Perform as a great team player and solve challenges as part of a team.
