Note: Need to be NY/ NJ locals. Need to attend the meetings on a short notice. Job Description : MUST have worked with government contractors and/or Local & State government entities. Minimum of 5+ years as a change management practitioner Change management experience in financial systems or human capital management systems implementation is must.
